I´ve already asked it before, but had no answer.
I´m having the same problem again.
Users (any location) can´t connect to SFS, it returns "Unable to connect: I/O Error".
Any help?

Re: Unable to connect: I/O Error
Hi,
you will need to provide more details.
Server type/version? Basic/Pro? Version?
Which API language and version?
Can you reach the server via the AdminTool? If not it's very likely you have a problem with a firewall, either local (your machine) or remote (on the server). More likely on the server since it seems you have tried from multiple locations.

Re: Unable to connect: I/O Error
Hi Lapo,
SFS 1.9 PRO
Using OpenSpace 2.0.3 AS3
Yes, I can reach the server via AdminTool.
It´s inconstant, from 10 times that we try to connect, 3 returns with I/O error.
I don´t think it´s firewall cause we can reach it 7/10.
thanks

Re: Unable to connect: I/O Error
You mean you can reach the Admin 7 out of 10 times? Or is it your application 7/10 and the Admin always?
I would like to understand what's the difference in using the two (your client vs the Admin)
thanks

Re: Unable to connect: I/O Error
Hi Lapo,
No, the admin I access just few times. When I access, it connects.
7 out of 10 times is connecting from the application.
For example, each I/O that we receive, we save a log.
We have a educational game, so the schools try to connect.
Yestarday´s Log:
School A 98 LOGIN
School A 21 # ERRO #
School B 22 LOGIN
School B 4 # ERRO #
School C 104 LOGIN
School C 35 # ERRO #
School D 32 LOGIN
School D 7 # ERRO #
What can cause this #ERRO#? I know all came from I/O connetion.
thanks

Re: Unable to connect: I/O Error
It seems like you're having erratic network problems.
You should try to solve those first. If it's a hosting service you may want to get in touch with their support.
