late responses (When game start as well in between game - cards and game stuck @ anytime)

Hello Team Smartfox,

we are facing late responses (When game start as well in between game - cards and game stuck @ anytime) from smartfox server that are hosted in eapps server. 2 days before eApps replace faulty server hardware.

Even simple connection to the smartfox take longer time frequently. (on development server this was not happened). after go live, issues starts.

Hi,
slow response times are typically due to network issues or physical distance.
Especially if such latency does not appear in a local environment, which is expected.

What is the distance between your server machine and the clients?
eApps seems to be based in the UK, where are you connecting from?

Okay, so that alone is going to cause problems because the thousands of Kms between client and server causes significant latency.
If your game's audience is mainly from India you should consider using a hosting service based in India.
