Delay in updation of user and its values

Hello,

I am working on building multi-player turn based card using Flash AS3 and smartfox 2X as a server. While working on local systems there was a real time users and room variables updates, but while using the same code on the live smartfox 2x server there is a huge delay in updation of number of users connected to a room and the values shared between the users connected to that room.

Some delay are as long as 10 minutes, when all the room users are disconnected the admin panel still shows some / all of them connected.

Is there some handlers (on both Zone extension and AS3 end) to manage this kind of a delay? How this problem can be rectified?

Please suggest some ways to handle this.

Server is running on a Centos 5.6, 2.48 GB RAM system.

Note: Updated the "super.destroy()" in the document java file rectified the problem for a while then was back to delay.
