Need a tip for a correct sfs2 programming

Guys, i have a megaquestion and ultraquestion - from which to begin?)

1) As far as we understand CL<>SV commands goes between in a strait way (all command name includes in a packet). Is it true? Can anyone supply as with idea how to generate names for commands in a convinient way - we have a pretty big project - so a lot of commands & we don't want to loose ability to understand action by cmd name..

2) We have a java server & unity client - we need to transfer sfsobjects of data with commands - how you are usually enforce correctness of protocol on both sides? (For e.g. i send vector as "x", "y", "z" and client side programmers awaits it as "a", "b" & "c"). With C++ we did those tasks by using same header files & protocol version - but here we have multi language environment..
