javax.mail.MessagingException

Postby LuffyGray » 17 Feb 2017, 13:25

I'm trying to make use of sendmail and it is complaining about the MessagingException definition not existing and the IDE doesn't suggest any imports to use so I've been trying to work out why/where the relevant file is.

It seems to want this file but cannot find it aswell as I'm unable to work out the import path to it, Image

Doesn't matter, it looks like extensions are unable to use some API unless you include the library into the actual extension itself. I didn't catch that bit of information previously to know.

You just need to add the necessary jar files for compiling your Java extension code, but you don't need them for running it, because they are already in the classpath.
