Run Multiple Instance of SFS

Postby armanbm » 04 May 2017, 04:35

Hi.
After installing SmartFox instance1 I did it step by step for installing instance2:
OS: Centos 7
1. unzip SmartFox in a new folder
2. open ports 9932 and 8079 in firewall-cmd and reload firewall
3. change SFS2X/Config/server.xml and replace 9933 with 9932
4. change \SFS2X\lib\jetty\start.d\http.ini and replace 8080 with 8079

it just don't work, second instance wont run and conflict with Instance1.

Did I miss anything?

Hello,
if you're using a recent version of SFS2X, such as 2.12 and higher you will have also to edit the HTTPS port value, which by default runs on 8443.

You can change it by editing \SFS2X\lib\jetty\start.d\ssl.ini

Hope it helps
