Hello Everyone
I'm Using Community Version of SFS2X version 2.12.
In My Analytic Panel There is No data at all.
I've tried "start Analysis manually Button" with and without "rebuild " checked.
No Data On Analytic
Re: No Data On Analytic
Hi,
sorry I have to ask the obvious question: are you sure there has been traffic in the server in the time range you have selected?
That or maybe log files have been removed recently?
As a test I've tried with a freshly installed SFS2X with no traffic. By accessing the AdminTool I generated one visit and by running the analysis I can see the data show up correctly. (See attached scr. shot)

Re: No Data On Analytic
Hi Tanks For Reply
Yes I'm Sure it have about 100 daily active users
logs are in logs folder. i've not touch them
the strange thing is that I've 3 instance of smart fox in my local host and one in my server and another one in my dev-server. none of them shows Analytic data.
can it be because of my admin panel version(2.0.0) vs my SFS2X version(2.12)?

Re: No Data On Analytic
Hi,
no, the 2.0.0 is the version of the AdminTool which follows its own numbering.
Any chances you have customized the format of the log files? If so that would break the analytics parser.
If not, can you send us your (zipped) logs? We don't necessarily need them all. Those in the time range you have shown in the screenshot would suffice.
You can zip them and send them to our support@... email box with a reference to this discussion.
Thanks
