Re: Clients often indicate disconnection
Hello,
disconnections are to be expected over the internet, especially for mobile devices.
The server never disconnects anyone besides the "idle timer" settings.
In your Zone configuration there is a "overridden user max idle timeout" which kicks users out when they are idle for longer than the configured time.
Other than that disconnections can happen for network instability, distance from the server etc... You should expect a 5-10% of your users to complain about that. If you estimate that the percentage is higher you should investigate your hosting network and see from where these clients with issues are connecting from.
Hope it helps

I bought 500 user packages, and there were no more than 500. Is there any other reason, such as insufficient memory?

As my colleague explained, this has nothing to do with the size of your license.

HI~
My default configuration time is 1800, and I send a heartbeat pack for five seconds, so there should be no more idle time than configuration time.

Maybe you could start getting in contact with a few users experiencing the issue to try to understand if it's a network problem.

OK, I'll count the number of the problem and calculate the percentage.
Thanks~
