We want to use SmartFox on china,and buy Elastic License,but because of GFW,we can not reach google app engine. we have a http/socket5 proxy server which can reach GAE,is possible to use this proxy server to validate license? and how to set?

Using a proxy server might work, supposed you configure the JVM running SFS2X appropriately and your proxy is not blocked by GFW.

To set the JVM configuration in SFS2X, please use the AdminTool’s Server Configuration module, JVM Settings tab: http://docs2x.smartfoxserver.com/Gettin ... vmSettings
If this doesn’t work, you have two more options:
1) install SFS2X on a server in the US or other country outside the GWF
2) instead of an Elastic license, buy a perpetual license. Perpetual licenses can be bound to the IP address of the server on which SFS2X is installed and they don’t need to communicate with the License Server
