connection lost every 40 sec

Hi guys
After login into a zone, my client is receiving a connection lost every 40 sec and the reason says unknown.

Are you using the latest API?
Is this happening locally or on a live server?

Latest iOS build, latest server build. Logs copied are from IOS app.
In the server side it says unknow error too.

It happens locally or on a live server?
Is it always 40 seconds, consistent every time?
Can you show the server side logs relevant to the disconnection?
