Can't load .swc in design mode

Hi,

I'm having a problem loading the SmartFoxBits .swc.

I'm using Flash Builder 4.01 plugin in Eclipse (and SFS 2X RC1b).

I've downloaded the Bits community package and copied SmartFoxBits2X_BasePack.swc from the "SmartFoxBits\Flex\SmartFoxServer_2X" folder into my Flex project libs folder.

When I'm in design mode, I see the SmartFoxBits folder in the Components list (and ChatBox, Connector, etc. are all there) but I get a warning as follows:

Design mode could not load SmartFoxBits2X_BasePack.swc. It may be incompatible with this SDK, or invalid. (DesignAssetLoader.CompleteTimeout)

Any idea why? Is Bits not compatible with Flash Builder 4?

Thanks Paolo, that explains it.

Do you think that the problem would go away if we bought the Bits source and recompiled with Flash Builder 4?

Possibly, but we never tried, so I can't assure it.
