Removing Powered by SmartfoxServer

Hello,
A client of ours purchased the SmartFox server package from your site. We are using it and the only issue we are running into is that the smartfoxbits powered application we build still says "Powered by Smartfox server" on them.
Where in the installation package will we find the un-branded version of SmartFox bits?
According to your site it is included: http://www.smartfoxserver.com/2X/features.php
