How to compile with Flex Builder?

I finally got a copy of Flash Builder 3. I am trying to import the project by going to File -> Import -> Flex Project and then I click on "Project Folder". I point it to the Video Chat folder but it says, "The folder does not contain a valid Flex Builder Project".
I am using SFS2X and SFS2X_RedBox. I tried FlashDevelop but had some issues. I thought it might be easier to use FlashBuilder. How do I compile the examples?
