Server work fine, but some of users can't connect to re5 and recive that error:
"The following error occurred while trying to subscribe a live cast: Red5 connection not available [publishLiveCast method]"
Does client can block needed ports? How solve it? little information about it...
in extension log session is

Some of users has error "Red5 connection not available"

Yes, it is possible that the communication towards the Red5 server is blocked.
