hi.
Please make sure the webserver is working. Please also check in the adminTool in the Bluebox Monitor if bluebox is running.

Go to the admin tool > BlueBox Monitor and check where it says "HTTP Server:", at the top right corner.
Please also make sure that both 8080 and sfs' ports are forwarded in your firewall and/or router.

emmanuelettaojiji, what is your problem? The socket connection not working, or the BlueBox error you reported?
If the client can't connect to the server in the standard way (socket connection), it switches to BlueBox (which requires the internal jetty web server to be running, as rjgtav pointed out).
So I believe first of all you have to investigate why your client is not able to connect via socket. Usually this is a firewall problem.
