cross-policy file configuration

Hi, I had and app that runs fine inside the flash IDE, but when I try to run it from the web it looks like is connected cause I use a string to show if the connection is good, but it doesn't work and in the admin tool it doesn't show the user also, so is not connected, I think the problem is the policy file cause the swf is in other domain, but I don't know how to configure the file, I see that in the config of the SF server has the send policy file to true and also I see the file had been called from the debug window, the policy file has allowed all domain from port 9339 so I thought it should work, but no, what I need to do? please help me, where the file is stored?, do I need to leave it automatic, or try to loaded from the app with
