Innovative Educational Game looking for SFS/AS3 expert

Hello,

We are looking for an expert developer with experience in SmartFox and AS3. We are building an educational virtual world in FLash. The environment will have multiplayer mini-games built into it. We need all the basic virtual world features built - chatting, buddy lists, etc.

We need an expert Smartfox, AS3 developer that can act as our technical advisor and help lead development efforts. We will need to integrate the to-be-developed mini games with SmartFox and some kind of backend to make it multiplayer so that a user can log-in, pick an avatar, and interact with other users.

Candidate must be able to work proactively in a virtual work relationship.
Location is not a major issue, although we would prefer a developer in the U.S. We can provide more details based on the interest level of the candidate.
