Cannot run Red5 in Mac OS X Leopard

Hello,
when I try to launch red5 the program quit and here is what I got in my logs:

Do you know what's wrong? Thank you for the help!

I think the problem is the installation folder you have chosen.
/Applications is not under your User folder and probably you don't have full permissions.
We highly recommend to move the whole SmartFoxServer folder under your User folder and everything should be right.

( I use Leopard too and have no problem running it )

I have the same problem, please help me. Moving SmartFoxServer under user folder didn't help.
