how to connect redbox avchat in localhost?

hi,

i am new to smartfoxserver and i wish to create an chat application. I had done with installing smartfoxserver and red5 and tested out the redbox example sucessfully and now my question is how can we connect the SmartFoxChatAV through LAN with a static IP?? i wish to test out the chat application locally 1st... any help will be very much appreciated.
