missing skinswf info?

Hi,

From what I know, all skin library swf's are supposed to be loaded after a map is loaded. I am getting a situation where one such swf does not get loaded since no item on the map contains a skin from that swf.
Is that normal?
I thought the system always loads all swfs because otherwise you run into the issue where an item would be put on the map but will look invisible (which is the situation I am encountering).

after the first item with a skin from that swf is placed on the map (invisibly), I reload and then the swf is being loaded and the item becomes visible.

Am I missing something here that i'm supposed to do and perhaps not doing?

After you load a map, OpenSpace tells you which SWFs are needed based on the items the map uses. The same when you load an inventory in order to edit the map: OpenSpace returns the list of required SWFs and you have to load them before allowing the user to interact with the map.
