Core extension not initialized?

Postby Aiidenb » 28 May 2013, 17:00

Hello there, so i'm new to Openspace and wanted to explore and find out what things were like.
Firstly, i'm not actually sure where to post this, so i apologize if this topic is in the wrong support board. :?

After downloading everything, i started getting sightly confused of where the files go.
I followed the tutorial but I end up getting this error when joining a room;

Code: Select all

[ WARNING ] > [OpenSpace] Core extension not initialized: command '_os_init' can't be executed

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, could someone please help me start it up?
Thanks, Aiden. :)

NOTE: i'm using SmartFoxServer Pro, and OpenSpace2.

okay, so it looks like I started understanding things a little better.
But now i'm getting this..

Code: Select all

Unrecognized option: -
Could not create the Java virtual machine.
Press any key to continue . . .

Some people on Google have been saying it's the data being used on my computer, but i was just making sure it's nothing to do with SmartFoxServer or Openspace.

Thanks! :D

Can you please describe where and when you get that error?
Also what operating system are you using?

Hello, can you please post the code from the start.bat file?
It seems that the jvm extra parameters aren't being correctly parsed...

Thanks
