is SFS Overcast a good choice for multiplayer bingo?

There are several high profile game server systems on the market, many being geard toward physics, MMOs, FPS etc. where the server is doing a lot of work.

For something simpler, such as bingo, you need the following:
1) rooms and joining games
2) synchronization of events everyone sees in the game, such as ballsing being called, at the same time for all users (i.e. take account of lag
3) global reach with low latency
4) some way to shard user accounts globally, but with central reporting.
5) chat.
6) html5 and mobile native game clients.
7) more users in a game than can fit on a single server.

Is SF overcast a good choice for this, i.e. does it support all the features of a bingo game for cash, scalability, lag mitigation, and not having to pay for things not used (such as 3d and physics).

Thoughts?
